For Design Technology, a course taken in the MYP program in the American school Franklin Delano Roosevelt of Lima, Peru,, we were given the liberty to design a project where we tackle an environmental problem and design a solution for it.
The problem I decided to take on was the issue of global warming and how carbon emissions have influenced it. Food also provides a portion of these greenhouse gases and creating a low-carbon menu, three meals that contain less food products that contribute to this rising issue, will help spread the word and eventually reduce them. My main goal is to inspire others to start eating less carbon-based meals as they are healthier and as tasty.
